alarm:clock euro Venture Quiz Winner
Thanks to all the readers that wrote in to answer this week's quiz question: name the former European Venture Capital Association (EVCA) chairman, once a big supporter of Europe's tech venture market, now re-located to Hong Kong.
The name we were looking for was Max Burger Calderon of Apax Partners.
The first to respond with the correct answer was actually Andrew Thomson, research manager at Library House in the UK. He gets an honorable mention for speed. 
That is because his firm provides information services and analysis on high-growth private companies and so he was able to search its apparently well-populated database to find the answer.
The a:c euro reader who spontaneously knew the answer and wrote in quickly is Hitflip founder Jan Miczaika (in the Hitflip team photo located on the far right). Congratualions!
Miczaika is familiar Burger's with bio because his team is currently closing a round of financing and that during the fundraising he spoke to him.
