WiNetworks Raises $11M And Other Fresh Euro Deals

ZURICH, Switzerland Swiss retailer Jelmoli Holding AG has acquired electronics e-tailer, Preisinsel AG, which runs www.preisinsel.ch and www.netto24.ch. The founders remain minority shareholders and will run Preisinsel as a subsidiary of Jelmoli. (ecommerce)
VIENNA, Austria. GES gcp Enterprise Software Group has acquired Infoniqa. No deal size disclosure. Infoniq employs 60 and had sales of €10M last year. It was backed by 3i among others. (enterprise software)
