Holtzbrinck's eLab Takes Helpster.de Stake

German media company Georg von Holtzbrinck through its eLAB daughter company has taken a stake in Helpster.de a website a health, self-help, and medical community. No disclosure on the terms and conditions of the participation. eLab, which is just one year old, also has a stake in Arzt-Preisvergleich.de. Holzbrinck is the same company that recently acquired student online community site, StudiVZ.
