Meetic Makes Fourth Acquisition - This Time In The UK
Meetic has acquired DatingDirect, a UK online dating site, for €40M [via Vecosys and Kelblog]. That would make it the fourth acquisition that the French firm has achieved since floating in late 2005. Meetic is traded on Eurolist (part of Euronext) and has a current mkt cap of €436M.
