Omniture Buys Denmark's Instadia - Second Exit This Week For Danish VC

Omniture has acquired Instadia, a Danish Web analytics provider to expand its reach and presence in Europe for an undisclosed amount. One of its investors is IVS and this trade sales marks its second exit announced this week.
Founded in 2000, Instadia raised what looks like a single venture round in 2002. The other, also a trade sale, was Ascio, a domain name service provider, which was acquired by the UK's NBT.

Founded in 1999, IVS recently merged with BankInvest's IT investment team to form NorthCap Partners. NorthCap will launch in April and will be raising a new technology venture fund focussed on information technology and telecoms. It has cornerstone LPs in place, according to its website.
