Stepstone Buys Jobfinder And ExecuTrack

Norway's Stepstone, an oline recruiting and software company has acquired HR mangagement software firm, ExecuTrack for €32.35M. It also recently acquired Jobfinder, an online jobs site manager that was founded way back 1998, for €1.6M to consolidate its position in the German-speaking market. Interesting acquisitions, considering that neither of the targets had raised venture capital. Stepstone itself was a venture-backed startup before going public.
