Nemetschek Deal Prices Hungary's Graphisoft At €99M
Nemetschek, a German architectural CAD software firm, is increasing its stake in rival Graphisoft, based in Hungary and traded on the local stock exchange. Nemetschek is a founder-driven construction industry software firm that floated in Germany in 1999. Its market cap is €104M.

Nemetschek shares have been enjoying some appreciation in value due to sales growth.
Founded in 1982 and employing 260, Graphisoft has annual sales of about €27M, about a quarter of Nemetchek's sales, writes computerwoche.

The firm recently spun off its real estate project, a conference center and office site, called Graphosoft Park, overlooking the Donau in Budapest.
