jott.png
Seattle-based Jott has been bought by Nuance Communications (NASDAQ: NUAN). The price was not disclosed. Jott had raised funding from Bain Capital, Ackerley Partners, Draper Richards and the investment firm of Niklas Zennstrom. Jott had raised $6M and made that funding go along way with products, although we have no details on their revenues.

Jott has developed nifty mobile voice-to-text applications. Users capture set reminders, organize lists, and post to web services with their voice via their iphone or other phones..
