2004 Good for VCs; Better for Entrepreneurs

We like Mercury News' Matt Marshall's blog better than his articles in the rag. We blame his editors and the format. His latest enlivens boring VC data by detailing their lavish wine choices this holiday season. Key data is that media valuations for VC backed firms have increased each of the past 5 quarters, rising from $11M last year to $13M this year.
