The a:c has it on high authority that Internet photo service Shutterfly is filing to go public with Goldman Sachs. Shutterfly was founded in 1999 so Clark and his co-founders Jayne Spiegelman, Dan Baum and Eva Manolis have moved on. Shutterfly claims to have over 1 million customers and to have experienced 240% revenue growth over the past two years.
