Inflation Is Mounting - Are You Paid Enough?

Payscale just announced that it has raised a $7.4M second round of financing led by Trinity Ventures and existing investors including Madrona Venture Group, Fluke Venture Partners and Buerk Dale Victor. The company's primary competitor is Salary.com.
For the past three years, PayScale has compiled compensation and demographic information from users. It can now use that data to tell you how much you should be getting paid. Those who participate in the five-minute surveys receive a free analysis that compares their salary with others with similar experience and education. For $14.95, you can upgrade to a more detailed report that includes bar and pie charts that break down salaries based on geographic location, company size, education and other factors.
