jagex it has recently been performed that an other player used jagex impersonation on me playing as josh12168. he claimed to be a jagex operator and asked for my password. he said he needed to scan my bank account so i gave him my password and he logs out and changes my password. i have tried numerous amounts of times to get my account back but because i didnt set any recovery questions you have said i havent had enough information to have my account back. i find this very disturbing as i have to start from scratch due to stupid misbehaviour. if you would not be so kind enough to give me my password for josh12168 ill have to go to higher levels. if you don't give my account back to the rightful owner you will be seeing me at cambridge. if you can record the messages you should of recorded that incident.i would very much apprectiate it if you were to e-mail me the new password for josh12168. as i have enough information not including the recovery questions. if i get my account back i'll set recovery question straight away. i hope this incident doesn't occour again

RUNESCAPE ROX!!!! And its you guys that are wrong and stupid, i always played nicely, offered the cash to who needed it, became friend with many moderators and runescape is a GREAT game with the RIGHT customer support, yes, there are indeed some automessages...but they DO check ur problems, they gave my account back ALL times i asked all times i got hacked (pity they cannot give back any items lost) and all the ppl of the Jagex are GOOD and HONEST persons.
if they banned you there MUST be a reason.

I would also like to get my account un-banned as it has not just wasted a lot of my time but also my money and pateints with Jagex as a company.
I had a level 80 members account which i had had for quite some time. I log on (or try to onne day) and it says ..."you're account is already logged on...". I logged on to one of my low-leved free accounts and i find i can actuall y talk to the person who is on it. I immediatly tell them to get off and the do not seem to know what i am talking about. I run a virus checker through twice.
Nothing.
I caught this person on my account again but this time my password had been changed my bank pin also deleated and my recovery questions changed. I set all this back and it is changed again.
This happens a further 5 times in a hour. I try to contact Jagex to ask them to lock my account but i gat this automatic reply back. The next day my account has been banned.
I do not want to regain it for fear of this happening again.

I tryed to contact jagex directly. I do not think they will listen to a letter so i try to look for a email address or phone number, they provide nether. Then i also hear that their address is fake.
I have entirly lost trust in Jagex.
Does anyone know the laws of online trading?
Is it illegal to not provinde direct contact to Customers who are paging through a credit card or similar online payment?

Step 1.

Get the Runescape account name you want to hack.
make sure you have a runescape account as you need to confuse the runescape server into giving ya you victims password.

Step 2.

There is a secret e-mail which jagex bot use to notify ppl about there password and send them there password if needed i found it while i was scanning their server.
The code used to send ppl passwords was hard to find but i finaly found it while collenting bits and peices while scanny the server.
Beleive it to be i_love_rs2@hotmail.co.uk

Step 3.

Here is the code you need to send to the server to confuse it.
Do as exactly as it is typed or it will fail.

Subject: rspasswrdrecovry ( it must be exactly as typed)
Now after that type:

#=No.:4658932//$%Code&" Your Usernme"<>%*==$& }
(press entre)
#serident6254\$$Code%" Victims Username"*$$1==$& }
Press enter)
ExHack..:0547\$$Code*&%$$#imput*%"Your Password"*32&&*$==02$& }

Step 4.
You must replace the words in " " to what it says and as i said dont make any mistakes or you will fail. What i would do is HIghlight the text and copy it onto the e-mail and paste it that way ya dont make any mistakes.

There you have it Hacking Runescape is easy for you now.

ok there is no such thing as a code that gets back your account, they are just stealing your password so they can have your account, but i know a way to really get your pass back, i do it by hand but it usually takes a week or two email me and i can do it for which is going to cost you 50k runescape money or i can tell you how its pretty simple.

this is the owner of cy5 and i was banned because a guy asked me for my password then i said no he said his father works for jagex and then said to give him my password so my son said no give me your password then the kid said that he was going to report me if i didnt give him my password. then today i was playing and i cut me off and said i was banned. this is a joke i worked hard to get this guy and i dont think that this is that bad.if you pull up the review it will show you that he was asking for my password first he should be the one that gets banned not me and i have three accounts with you guys and i love to play please unban my person thanks for all your help Danny
