TechTarget Prepares For IPO

In June 2004, the IT media publisher TechTarget raised $70M from Technology Crossover Ventures and Polaris Venture Partners. That investment gave TechTarget a post money valuation of around $200M. Since then, TechTarget had hired UBS and tried to sell the company, but with an asking price of about $300 million, that did not go through. It is now looking to do an IPO..
