Spirent Pays $7.5M For VoIP Co. Quadtexys

London-based Spirent (NYSE: SPM) agreed to pay $7.5M for Richardson, TX-based Quadtexys, plus $1.5M in incentives. Quadtexys sells testing for VoIP and claims that is saw $2M in revenues and was cash-flow positive last year.
