JupiterResearch Sold for $10.1M

Jupitermedia has sold its JupiterResearch division for $10.1M. The new company will be called JupiterKagan. The move is part of the impressive transformation of JupiterMedia from a news and analysis organization to an image-based company. In August 2005, Jupitermedia sold ClickZ and SearchEngineWatch, and search engine tradeshows - for $43M. The company has been buying up image libraries at a steady clip.
