Israeli Auto De-Icing Co. To Raise $16M More
It may be warm in Israel, but Israel-based Microheat continues to raise money for its cold-weather car technology. Microheat raised $8M in December 2005, and is now about to raise an additional $16M. To date, Microheat has raised $50M in four financing rounds.
Microheat says it plans to raise more funds over the next 18 months through an IPO on Nasdaq. Microheat's technology called HotShot heats fluid in seconds and releases stuck windshield wipers.
