Ingenious Garden Hose Startup Funded
We saw this outdoor sink/garden house winder at a store recently and were in awe. Now we learn that the Da Vinci's behind this product line have raised $7M from VCs in its third financing round, thanks to the $20M in sales that they they saw in 2005 and it expects to do $30M in 2006. The latest investor in the Israeli company is Lehman Bros Vice Chairman Harvey Krueger who was a previous investor. Hydro-Industries had an 88% share of the US automatic hose rewinding market - sheesh!
