M&A By eBay

kiko.png
A lot has been made about what the sale of online calender company might mean. The sale of the company/application via eBay closed over the weekend at $258K. Is this the start of more M&A activity via eBay. We expect the answer might be yes. Kiko got a lot of attention for this sale and it got the money it was looking for. This is much easier and quicker than hiring investment bankers to shop you around.
