Repliqa Launches With Seed For Grid Computing App
Mark Seremet checks in to let us know about the launch of his latest company Repliqa. We last heard from Mark regarding his European-based customized gear start-up Spreadshirt.
The details on Repliqa leave much to the imagination, however, they will say that Repliqa will launch a web application that employs super computation across an Internet-distributed grid. Repliqa will power numerous applications from shopping to social networks to corporate applications.
Repliqa has done an angel round of $300K and is closing a $2M round from Pittsburgh investors. More details will be forth-coming when Seremet speaks about Repliqa at the European Technology Roundtable Exhibition in Barcelona, Spain on October 10.
