NEW YORK, NY Kurtosys Systems has secured $3.4M of a $5.15M Series A (Financial reporting software and services)
BALTIMORE, MD DoublePositive Marketing Group has raised $2.7M in Series B (Sales lead generation solutions)
CUPERTINO, CA ForteMedia has raised an undisclosed amount of strategic funding from Intel Capital (Voice processing technology for cars/PC/mobile devices).
GERMANY Investors have put an undisclosed amount of capital into JobTV24 (German satellite TV channel and web platform about jobs)

SANTA CLARA, CA Mellanox Technologies has filed to raise a $86.25M IPO. It had raised $90M from Intel Capital and Sequoia Capital (Interconnects for servers, storage and infrastructure equipment)
