Top10 Buys Stuggling Blogniscient and Raises $3M

We like both Top10Sources and Blogniscient as they link to the a:c, however, it appears that neither of them has found an audience. So why would Highland Capital Partners lead a $3.5M Series A round into the merger of the two? Pedigree? Great market? President Ashton Peery was a General Partner of Lucent Venture Partners and was Chief Strategy Officer and head of Business Development at Lucent. The sites look great and we find them both to be helfpul. They are just missing whatever it is that draws everyone to Digg or Memeorandum.
