Lightspeed Seeds Israel's BP For Fantasy Sports Network

Top French blogger & VC Ouriel Ohayon over at LightSpeed Gemini internet lab checks in to flag his firm's investment in BP Interactive Technologies. Based in Israel, but set-up in the British Virgin Islands, BP will launch a fantasy sports network in 2007 called Playspex.

Fantasy sports has reached fever pitch but its safe to say that no tech start-up has nailed the market yet. Sportsline is probably the best practitioner but it hasn't innovated in years. We'll have our game-face on when Playspex launches.
