+ SAN DIEGO & PALO ALTO, CA Websense to acquire PortAuthority Technologies for $90M in cash (Leak prevention technology for the network security market)
+ SAN JOSE, CA & HALF MOON BAY, CA Cisco s acquiring Tivella. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. (Digital signage software)
+ SAN JOSE, CA Xyratex [Nasdaq: XRTX] to acquire the key assets of ARIO Data Networks. No financial terms were disclosed. (Bladed storage solutions and RAID controllers)
