Whatsbuzzing Raises $1M in Seed For eCommerce Meta Search

San Jose, CA-based Whatsbuzzing has raised $1M in a seed from Norwest Venture Partners. We view the site as a meta-search engine for eCommerce. We know there is a market here and we tend to use tools like Froogle, but we don't think that Whatsbuzzing is anywhere near nailing it. A search on stroller, for example brought up some non-sensical holiday ads at JC Penney. JC Penney sucks. Traffic to the site is not impressive and is not showing momentum so we feel our gut is correct.
