Outsourced Salesforce ServiceSource Says Your Sales Guys Blow; Raises $66M For Minority Stake

We see outsourcing companies of every stripe thrive, but not often do we see a sales outsourcing blow up. Companies generally view their salesforce as a core strength. SF-based ServiceSourcem, however, is knocking it out of the park, getting the likes of Cisco and Sun to outsource sales functions. The company specifically sells service contracts.

Today the company took a $66M investment from General Atlantic Partners for a minority investment.
