VoIP Tech Merger: CrystalVoice and GlobalIP

Backed by DFJ Frontier, Santa Barbara-based CrystalVoice has been acquired by SF-based Global IP Solutions for an undisclosed amount. CrystalVoice makes security and packet management technology.

Founded in 1999 in Stockholm, Global IP has 70 + employees and sells VoIP applications to enterprises.
