LSI Buys SiliconStor For $45M

Milpitas-based LSI Logic has bought Fremont, California-based SiliconStor. LSI said it will pay $55M in cash. SiliconStor develops storage technology . SiliconStor is venture backed by VSP Capital and APV Technology Partners. It last raised $9M in 2005.
