Online Conversion Vendor MyBuys Raises Stealth Series C From Lightspeed

Redwood Shores-based MyBuys has raised an undisclosed amount in Series C from Lightstpeed Ventures. It had raised $2.8M in in first round.

The company offers a hosted platform and pay-for-performance pricing model to eCommerce companies to help them with sales conversions and retention. It boasts Guess as one of its top clients and says that while the industry averages about 2% conversion, MyBuys says it delivered 13% for a leading women's shoe retailer.

The company's CEO is Robert Cell who was CEO of mall-based digital advertiser AdSpace Networks and before that he was COO of Blue Martini Software.

"Important Note: This funding has not been announced by the company, and was picked up through regulatory filings, press accounts, or other sources. Fundings picked up here could range from large venture deals, to individual angels, and also includes new individual executive staff investors, debt investments, or other equity-related transactions."
