Israel's Fixya Funded For Tech Support Aggregator

FixYa has raised $4M in 2nd-round funding from Pitango Venture Capital and Mayfield Fund. FixYa was founded to take advantage of the fact that consumer products manufacturers are not providing adequate support through their web sites. The idea behind FixYa is to aggregate all support information that is scattered throughout the internet in a single location. Fixya has a largeknowledgebase that is been constantly updated by a live community of users who share their experiences with support problems and solutions.The company's co-founder/CEO is Yaniv Ben Saadon, who was with adware maker Hotbar.
