Indian IT Outsourcer Virtusa Files $92M IPO

India's Virtusa plans to offer as much as $92M in an IPO on the Nasdaq. Virtusa was founded in 1996, has its HQ in Westborough, MA and says it has 3500 employees. JPMorgan, Bear Stearns, Cowen and Company, and William Blair will underwrite the IPO.

Shareholders include:
VC Firm Pre-IPO stake
Sigma Partners 24.6%
Charles River Ventures 16.2%
Globespan Capital Partners 15.6%
