Interactive Brokers Group Shopping $500M IPO

Interactive Brokers Group has set an estimated price range of $23-$27 a share and a deal size of 20M shares in a bid to raise $500M in its IPO. It has revenue of $1,627B and net income of $734M.

The Greenwich, CT-based firm is an electronic exchange that trades futures and foreign exchange instruments. WR Hambrecht, HSBC and Fox-Pitt Kelton are underwriting the deal.
