Korea's YouTube - Pandora.tv - Raises $10M

DCM has invested $10M into Pandora.tv in its Series B round and its partner David Chao has joined the board. Existing investors Altos Ventures, STIC International and Saehan Ventures also participated in the round.

Founded in 2004, PandoraTV says it getting a monthly unique user base of 12M and 1.2B monthly page views. Pandora.tv says that what sets it apart is that it has pioneered the concept of personal TV networks that allow anyone to become a VJ, or to make video casts and live TV shows.

Pandora.tv has been running commercials on videos on its site, it has made is site portable to cell phones and it is syndicating its videos.
