Robot Company Acquire 2 More Robot Companies

Foster-Miller, a QinetiQ North America Company, has acquired Automatika and Applied Perception, both out of robot central casting in Pittsburgh, PA. Foster-Miller says it is the largest seller of man-transportable robots to the Department of Defense and recently delivered its 1000th robot to the U.S. military. There is no word on how much Forster-Miller paid but these are not large companies.
