TG Publishing Fetches Buyer

tgpublishing.png
TG Publishing - a network of technology sites that has Tom's Guide To Hardware as its flagship - has been bought by an undisclosed buyer for an unknown price. The Enquirer speculates that the sale price was $15-20M.

We had heard from potential buyers for some time time that the business was up for sale but that the asking price was too high for potential buyers. The network claims to get 50M monthly page views and 5M unique monthly visitors.
