China.com Buying Opstip

Guangzhou-based Optisp was founded in February 1999. The online game developer says it has a head count of 700 employees, and its online games has reached 25M users. It recently launched an SMS games division as well.

Today CDC Games, a division of China.com is buying Optisp. The price is around $10-12M plus an earnout.
