Palo Alto-based SnapTell is funded by New Enterprise Associates and JK&B Capital. Snaptell was founded by Stanford PhD G.D. Ramkumar who was doing boring enterprise stuff like McData before this. NEA's Krishna Kolluri joined the board. The company is now in beta and says Coming soon: Secure buying on the cell phone with PayPal Mobile and Google Checkout.
