Goldman Sachs Leads $26M Round In Veoh Video Network

San Diego-based online video network Veoh has raised $26M in Series C funding led by Goldman Sachs. Veoh has raised more than $40M to date.

Veoh says it reaches hundreds of millions of users, however, NewTeeVee asked them and Veoh says their users base is just 12.5M, up from 4.4M in February. Veoh recently announced a deal for a video channel with US Weekly. For publishers, Veoh's offer is upload once to Veoh and see it published everywhere - YouTube, Metacafe, ect. Veoh will pay you a share of the revenues its collects.
