Mizpee Launches Toilet-finder For Your Cell Phone

mizpee.png
We were at a beach bbq over the weekend where several people were in hysterics because they needed to find a bathroom, and once they found one they were repulsed. There are some pretty useful mobile applications being launched, Mizpee being no exception. The service, which was launched by parent company Yojo Mobile, has gone live only in San Francisco to date. Not only will Mizpee find you a close bathroom, but it claims to let you know if it is generally clean. The service is ad supported by a toilet paper company. Mizpee is also unveiling a social network for people who are in the bathroom.

We heard from Mizpee's founder, Peter Olfe, who says the company has not raised any funding and hopes to continue to be that way for sometime. Olfe was previously VP, Sales at Sydus
Director, Strategic Planning at Nokia Mobile Phones. Olfe says he expects to launch other location based services in the near future.
