telephia.png
In the past 24 hours, Internet research group comScore had a monster IPO. That was coupled with what looks like a smaller deal in the research space whereby The Nielsen Co. has acquired Telephia, a San Francisco-based provider of consumer data and analysis to the telecom and mobile media markets. No financial terms were disclosed. Telephia has raised over $102M since it was founded in 1999. Investors include AEA Investors, Centennial Ventures, Oak Hill Venture Partners, The Megunticook Fund, Cedar Grove Investments and Prime New Ventures.
