TradeDoubler Pays $115M For Search Marketing's IMW

UK-based affiliate network TradeDoubler has bought Internet Marketing Works (IMW Group), which operates search marketing firms $115M in cash.The multiple doesn't seem vast as IMW says it earned $10.72M in profit on revenues of $95M last year.

IMW is perhaps best known for its keyword buy product Bidbuddy.
