F5 To Pay $210M For File Virtualization's Acopia

F5 Networks (Nasdaq: FFIV) says it will acquire Acopia Networks for $210M in cash. Based in Lowell, MA, Acopia sells file virtualization solutions. Acopia was founded in 2002 and launched its first products in 2004. It has raised around $85M in VC funding since 2002, from Accel Partners, Charles River Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Meritech Capital Partners, Star Ventures and Vesbridge Partners.
