HP BigWig Angel Funded For 1st Boot Explanation

This pre-launch, stealth co. looks very interesting. Says Digital Delivery Networks: "We have created a world-class, managed-client platform that’s shipped pre-installed on new PCs. The OASIS platform is designed to ‘make sense’ of the Consumer’s new PC experience by contextually presenting the software, Internet services and media that the Consumer wants ~at the time of ‘1st Boot’ and over the lifecycle use of the PC. DDNi now has over 100 content and services partnerships, solid Angel investors, a strong Board that (until his recent death) included Alan Shugart as a valued member and a proven managed-client/server technology platform."
DDNi will launch publicly with its service "on millions of PCs very soon."
The company is led by Nick Labosky who was GM at HP where he ran Aftermarket PC Services/Products and he was Senior Director for BD at pre-IPO Stamps.com.
