Rapouts Funded For SocNet Audio/Video Marketing

The a:c is first to report that Palo Alto-based Rapouts has raised angel funding from "superstar Silicon Valley angel investors." Rapouts is not saying who are its investors are how much they put in at this point.
You can get an the gist of RapOuts by visiting their pre-launch web site where short audio clips will hit you with requests for donations to various causes. The company says it is building a video player with Ruby. Rapouts want to leverage MySpace and Facebook to get people to put these clips on their sites. They also say there is a for-profit side of the business as well.
Rapouts was founded by CTO Noah Horton with two other co-founders.
