Satisfaction to Launch Public Beta. Raises $1.3M Seed

We wrote about Satisfaction Unlimited a few weeks back when we discovered that they had raised funding. Our hunch was the Union Square Ventures was backing the company but Satisfaction says close but no cigar.

Its $1.3M in seed funding came from First Round Capital, O'reilly Alphatech Ventures, Jeff Clavier, Adaptive Path, Mike Brown (Foundation Capital), and Jason Schultz (EFF).

Satisfaction Gets Satisfaction From Their Seed Round

Satisfaction Unlimited came from Web 2.0 consulting firm Rubyred Labs. Satisfaction describes itself as a people-powered customer service ASP for everything. "It's a Web service that uses 'community-sourcing' to provide better support for products and services, with or without company involvement."
