Another On-Demand Airline - ImagineAir - Wins Funding

Seven months after running its first for pay flight, GA-based Imagine Air has signed a deal with RockBridge Capital Partners to raise $18.2M for the addition of as many as 24 aircraft. It plans to grow its fleet of Cirrus SR22 aircraft and bring the first of its Eclipse 500 very light jets online.

Imagine Air operates an on-demand air taxi service to 600 airports in the Southeastern United States. Its planes can be can be hired for a day with no membership or fractional ownership costs.
