Career Site Vault.com Stake Sold

Veronis Suhler Stevenson is buying a majority stake in New York–based Vault.com. The WSJ values the Vault at a range between $60M - $85M. Veronis Suhler is joined on the deal by former MSNBC president Erik Sorenson, who will become CEO of Vault.

Vault.com was founded 11 years ago back by two Stanford University classmates Samer Hamadeh and Mark Oldman. Vault.com is built on niche career categories and provides surveys and other information about colleges and universities, employers and occupations.
