What's Going Down At The Rubicon Project?

Santa Monica'ish-based online ad startup The Rubicon Project is pre-launch but is talking a big game and has a long list of hires it wants to make to ramp up. Rubicon was founded by Frank Addante who was the Founding CEO of StrongMail Systems and CTO of L90, an early Internet advertising company that went public. Addante has raised a great deal of investment in the past and says he has already closed funding for the Rubicon Project but isn't giving details yet.
