alarm:clock Puzzler: Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

We have a winner for the alarm:clock Puzzler. Here was the question:
A principal at a VC firm recently saw one of its portfolio companies cash out to the tune of $300M+. This principal is the father of one of the company's founders. Which company was it?

The answer is Quigo - which sold for $350M to AOL. The investment group is owned and managed by Professor Dan Galai, father of Quigo founder Yaron Galai.

The winning answer comes thanks to the astute David Ram who works Corp Dev at ZenithSolar.
