Guppy Games Swallowed By Korea's NVLSoft

Seattle's Guppy Games has been acquired by Korea's NVLsoft, which is itself owned by IS Hightech Group a public company traded in Korean Stock Exchange Market (KOSDAQ). . Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Guppy's strategy has been to license winning Korean mobile contents and technologies and to localize that for the US market and for that matter to bring US game titles to Asia.
