Manage Your Taxi/Limo Use With Ridecharge

ridecharge.png
On recent trips we find we can easily track hotel and flight receipts. What's a mess are all those buses and taxis we took. We picture hundreds of thousands of wallets stuffed with those silly taxi cab receipts and we know there is plenty of petty fraud here with people submitting taxi receipts for rides they never took.

So we like what Washington, DC-based Ridecharge/Riderway is up to. Ridecharge has launched a hosted service intended to aid in helping corporations to better manage ground transportation through hosted web and mobile device applications. The firm says it has been "initially funded by our future customers and partners." There is no additional information about how much the company has raised and from whom.

Users get to:
+ Immediately confirmation, and Outlook calendar invites.
+ Compare options and prices.
+ Find reliable service in unfamiliar cities: taxi, sedan, shuttle, limo.
+ Track their car’s status electronically.
+ Make and change reservations on their mobile phones.
+ Synchronize airport rides with their flight times.
+ Expense tools automatically pre-populated.
